For those who have not been able to join us at Mass on the weekends, we want to include you in our Advent and Christmas celebrations. We hope you will join us in what we are calling “Christmas At Home.”

In addition to our web page, Jan DeAngelo and I will be working on a special prayer service just for our parishioners at home. The prayer service will be on Monday evenings at 7:00 and will be Live Streamed so you can watch it live or any time after it is concluded. You simply go to https://livestream.com/stjamesjc, and look for the Christmas at Home link. Our first prayer service on Monday, November 30, will include the blessing of the Advent wreath, which you can do along with us.

We are also open to suggestions you might have of other activities we may do during Advent and Christmas that hopefully will bring us together through our modern technology. Our hope is that we can some how connect with many of our fellow parishioners whom we have not seen for months. We want to share our journeys through the seasons of Advent and Christmas together as much as possible.
